By having a plan graduates can see what it takes to get off the grad program and even f possible earlier if successful. 2 years is abit long for a grad program with no rotations in different aspects. I think 1 year is satisfactory. its great to know after the grad program there is a promotion and a job for us.

I can't provide a definitive answer since I am still in the same position, but I am optimistic about advancing to a much better role in the coming years, especially with everyone eager to offer advice on how to improve and excel in each role.

I am currently in my 6th month of work, so I can't comment much on promotion opportunities yet.

I am graduate engineer, so haven't experience any promotion, however I saw one of my colleague, raw material specialist(person who manage carting of raw materials into site and manage transporting contractor) become a general manager of NT. so quite flexible in change role and become promoted
