As I've mentioned before, I am thankful to work alongside many brilliant individuals who are also incredibly humble. It's easy to approach any manager, and they are always willing to answer even the most basic questions. When I first started, my manager assured me that there are no silly questions, and I've found that all the managers embody this approach as well.

The managers are often busy; however, I could schedule appointments to meet with them. They provide performance feedback, as well as praise and recognition.
