Working Hours at Adbri

I work regular 8 hour days monday to friday but i think there is an opportunity to modernise the work fortnight to a 9 day fortnight especially those on Salary, a 9 day fortnight will allow people to feel more refreshed with equal amount productivity and can reduce burn out. consider the EBA is more appealing that salary workers, i think salary needs to be made more appealing (general statement).

I appreciate the flexibility I have had in regard to starting times - the amount of out of work hours still spent working by other colleagues is sometimes a bit concerning.

I can't provide a definitive answer since I'm traveling to quarries most days of the week, but everyone is flexible about my work hours, and they've never required me to start early or finish late.

I typically work 8 hours a day, but if there are important tasks, I'll stay late to complete them. Most of the time, however, I manage to keep to my regular schedule.

Usually 8 hours per day, but since I am graduate mining engineer, I drive to many quarries so it make me to work overtime more than 8 hours per day. So I can work less than 8 hours when nothing up to my desk. Also I usually work from 7 to 3 so play golf after work, but when I heard rain is coming, so not able to play golf, I can freely adjust my working time to 8.30 to 4.30

Work hours are somewhat flexible in that no one is rigidly looking over my shoulder ensuring I have to be in the office at strict times.
