Please comment on your company's office space, location and facilities. And while we're at it, please tell us a little about the dress code.
Some sites have minimal office space and some don't have the facilities to support female workers such as having change rooms and showers in areas where there are men. if Adbri wants more female in the work force they need to be able to support that before pushing it. there are less female options for PPE clothing (jackets, boots, pant options).

The offices are generally well-equipped, although one or two quarry offices could benefit from an improved equipment setup. Fortunately, acquiring new equipment is straightforward since the managers are always willing to approve requests for work-related equipment.

Our company's office spaces are spacious and functional, providing a comfortable and productive work environment. Located conveniently in city centers across Australia, our offices are easily accessible. While the facilities meet the essential needs, the dress code is flexible, though employees typically dress formally to maintain a professional atmosphere befitting the office setting.
