In this role, you’ll be responsible for qualifying the status of existing customers, through research and conversations with Customer Success Managers, Sales Executives, Sales Operations and Consultants. From this you will indicate the customers propensity to renew as well as highlight growth potential via upsell and cross-sell. This includes review of internal systems to collate insight on product usage, white space analysis, save plan assessments, customer check-ins and more. To succeed on our team, you will need to be creative, driven and communicate effectively and efficiently.
