Appoint Consulting are a wholly owned subsidiary and the internal talent acquisition team for the APP Group, managing all national recruitment activities.  With over 500 staff nationally, at APP our teams provide consultancy services and Project Management across the Property and Infrastructure industries and the staff staff we hire company from a variety of backgrounds including Property, Engineering, Construction, Architecture and much more!

Within the internal acquisition team at Appoint, we are proud of the services we offer strategically sourcing, researching and building relationships within the industries we operate to secure the best and brightest talent across our group of companies APP Corporation, AQUAS, CI Australia and IN. 

With extensive growth opportunities across the group of companies we have an exciting opportunity for a HR Graduate or final year student to come on board and provide administration support our highly experienced Talent Acquisition team. The role will be varied and include managing organising interviews, reference checking, managing the applicant tracking system, liaising with HR about contracts and various HR matters, uploading adverts, managing social media recruitment updates and administration of our Graduate Program recruitment process. 

Qualification  

To be successful you will be either a HR Graduate with a passion for exploring the world of talent acquisition or you could be currently studying HR and looking for a full or part time role to compliment your studies.

About you

You will need to be a confident communicator, have excellent organisational skills, strong administration and system skills, enjoy multi-tasking in a high energy and fast paced environment and be passionate about kick starting your career in the industry.

This role could open many doors to you at the APP Group and beyond; including Talent Acquisition, HR, Administration/Team Support, Project Management.
