In this role, you will have the opportunity to put your digital expertise to use. As a Graduate of the Digital stream, you will develop, maintain, and operate a range of digital products and platforms, assist in data analytics, support cyber security initiatives, work with and evaluate emerging technologies that could impact the business, and support and manage digital projects across multiple work streams.
This role will deliver real outcomes, including but not limited to:
Prepare documentation including project plans, user guides & technical specifications
Manage internal stakeholder relationships by promptly responding to queries
Analyse various data for trends to inform decision-making
Support cybersecurity initiatives, monitoring systems for vulnerabilities, and responding to security incidents
Update digital and technology policies ensuring compliance and relevance
Support pilot projects and evaluate new technologies
Coordination and manage technology projects ensuring on-time delivery

About you
To be eligible to apply for our Digital Graduate Program, you will have full working rights in Australia and have graduated in 2023 or graduate by December 2024, with a degree qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Technical Requirements:
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, JavaScript, C# or similar
Familiarity with web development frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.Js) is a plus
Knowledge of data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar
Basic knowledge of cybersecurity principles and practices

Training, development & rotations
