Who are we looking for?
We are looking for someone who ticks all the right boxes:
- Is in their penultimate year of university
- Majoring in accounting
- Future plans to become a Chartered Accountant and follow either the CA ANZ or CPA pathway
- Has part-time work experience, volunteer experience, or involvement in extracurricular activities
- Has the right to work in New Zealand
The detail
- Dates of the internship are November 2024 to February 2025
- There will be a rotation of 6 weeks in Business Advisory and 6 weeks in Audit service line that way you can make an informed decision for your graduate service line.
- If you are already certain of the service line you want to be in that's great! We still recommend you try this programme and you can walk away with exposure to the range of CA jobs available to you.
- If you are in the tax service line you will complete the entirety of your internship in that team.
- The internship includes two shadow a leader days one in each service line, where you can interact directly with either a manager or director for the full day.
