Work hours are 8:30am to 5pm. In our team we are not expected to work overtime and most of our team will finish work on time at 5pm. Our team is quite accommodating if sometimes our work hours need to change, but communicating this to the team is important. We have a hybrid working policy where we are able to work from home 2 days a week.

Most of my colleagues are flexible with working hours - as long as the work gets done, and in time, a bit of flexibility would not be an issue.
