The Clerkship Program
We are pleased to offer a number of penultimate year law students the opportunity to participate in our Sydney Vacation Clerkship Program which will take place between November 2024 and January 2025. This program offers a unique insight into our firm, the diverse range of work we undertake, and, most importantly, our distinctive culture. It serves as a pathway for outstanding candidates to secure a graduate position at Barry Nilsson, with potential commencement in January 2026.
The program will have two intakes, each running for four weeks, during which clerks will be placed in our insurance and health practice teams. Widely recognised as one of the leading insurance and health law teams in Australia, we are known for delivering high-quality advice and service. Handling claims across all major classes of insurance, including professional indemnity, health law, public liability, product liability, and compulsory third party, the team represents leading names in the insurance industry, both domestically and internationally.
