  2. Buffalo Ridge Springs Golf Course: Designed by Tom Fazio, this course showcases the natural beauty of the Ozarks and was previously known as Branson Creek Golf Club.
  3. Ozarks National Golf Course: Designed by Bill Coore and Ben Crenshaw, this course features a challenging layout amidst the Ozark Mountains.
  4. Mountain Top Course: This course is a 13-hole, par-3 course also designed by Gary Player, showcasing beautiful vistas.
  5. Payne's Valley Golf Course: Designed by Tiger Woods, this course is a tribute to Payne Stewart and features a breathtaking layout.

Your Role: 

Members of the Golf Outside Services Team are responsible for assuring exceptional, first-class service for our guests. Golf Outside Services Members must give a positive first impression of Top of the Rock. Golf Outside Services members are also responsible for keeping golf cars cleaned, staging golf cars appropriately, and the storage of golf cars each evening. Duties also include cleaning the golf car storage areas daily, taking out the garbage, and other appointed duties.

  • Golf club drop attendant
  • Practice Facility host
  • Starter
  • Initiates contact with guests with a warm welcome and the willingness to assist the guest
  • Be proactive in anticipating the guest’s needs
  • Effectively communicate all pertinent information amongst team members and supervisory staff in regards to daily operations
  • Always carries themselves in a friendly approachable manner
    Performs other related duties as assigned

Skills and Knowledge:

  • Ability to work well under pressure and balance multiple priorities and assignments.
  • Must be highly service-focused with a desire to engage with guests.
  • Demonstrated initiative is the ability to think, work, and make decisions to solve guest concerns based on sound judgment.
  • Must be comfortable working in a fast paced environment where continuous improvement is expected.
  • Must be able to consistently achieve high work standards; attention to detail, accuracy and timeliness a must.
  • Ability to work on feet for extended periods of time, work safely, communicate effectively, understand and carry out written and oral directions, and establish good working relationships with co-workers
  • Able to work in outside weather conditions
  • Lift, reach, bend, twist, push, pull, squat, grasp and use arm-hand coordination on a consistent basis
  • Have the ability to lift 50 pounds occasionally.
  • Be able to work weekends and holidays, mornings and evenings as business demands.

Who are we looking for?:
