Your Role as a Resort Services Agent 

As a Resort Services Agent, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the Resort Services department. Your main focus will be delivering outstanding guest service, upholding service standards, interacting with guests, and maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor.

Salary & benefits

Staff housing is provided with all amenities, wifi, laundry for US$85 per week, as well as meals on shift, transfers to and from work.

About You

To excel in this role, you should have a high school diploma (college degree preferred) and at least 2 years of hospitality communications experience. Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a positive attitude are essential. You must be adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively with internal and external guests.
