The role:

• Perform analysis and documentation of as-is and to-be capabilities about business processes, technology, etc.
• Assist in development and testing of new business processes, capabilities, and as appropriate their supporting technologies
• Perform application design activities (e.g. writing functional specifications), portions of technology architecture and technical design activities and portions of technology build, test and deployment
• Implement software solutions and associated process changes
• Be involved in business systems related tasks to be able to provide information about business needs and priorities 
• Perform Level 2 support for the business and BAU work as required
• Quality responsibilities as specified in MAN007 Quality Management Systems Manual 

To be successful:

• A degree in Computer Science or related discipline
• Good written and verbal communication, stakeholder management and organisational ability
• Exposure and understanding of the life cycle of a project and methodologies (ie. Agile, Waterfall)
• Understanding of digital technologies, analytics and automation
• Experience in using relational databases (SQL, Oracle, DB2)
• Experience with reporting and Visualization and Integration tools (SSRS, PowerBI, Qlik, SSIS Informatica, Talend)
• Experience with programming languages (C#, Java, VB) and servers (AWS, Azure)
• Basic knowledge or experience in API integration
