Your role

The HR Data Analytics Intern is responsible for analysing and interpreting varied qualitative and quantitative HR data, preparing HR reporting, and assisting with HR Projects and administration. The role will;

• Calculate and monitor key HR ratios
• Prepare HR reporting on a regular basis
• Assist with salary and benefits surveys
• Analyse varied qualitative and quantitative HR data, draw conclusions and present to HR Management
• Create and update project plans and track progress and deadlines of various local and global projects
• Conduct research on relevant HR topics as required
• Help prepare various Word, PowerPoint, and Excel documents and presentations
• Liaise with all levels of the organisation on varied HR topics
• Proofread HR documents

• Advanced MS Office skills, particularly Excel and Powerpoint
• Ability to create detailed spreadsheets, charts, and presentations
