Our Australian Team is growing and has multiple opportunities for entry-level Graduates to join our Team based in either our Adelaide or Melbourne Office.

Your typical day at Camms will include:

• Getting hands on with learning Camms solutions and becoming an expert in risk, project, strategy and talent management.
• Developing relationships with key stakeholders within the existing customer accounts to suport the broader team to deeply understand their operational needs and challenges, and how Camms solutions can address these.
• Support the team to provide timely and high-quality L1 and L2 support feedback to customers.
• Build and maintain ownership of knowledge base for commonly encountered issues within software applications.
• Recommend procedure modifications or improvements as you see fit.

Requirements for the role:

• An Australian Citizen or Resident.
• Recently completed or about to complete a bachelor's degree in *International Business, Economics, Business Administration, Commerce, or related fields.
• At least 1-2 years of experience working in a customer service oriented industry.
