Your role
They have an exciting opportunity for a motivated University student to join CBRE in the Capital Markets team in Adelaide.
The Opportunity:
You will be responsible for developing and maintaining data with exposure to different areas of the property industry and will work closely with the business gaining invaluable hands-on experience relevant to property qualifications.
Prepare marketing submissions, presentations and proposals
Research and track local sales and leasing results
Data uploads and maintenance into company databases
Provide support to our Research team with regular reporting and data
Data analysis and reporting using Excel and Salesforce
This part-time role will suit a tertiary student currently studying a property-related degree and looking to position themselves long-term within the commercial property industry.
They are seeking students who are in their first or second year of the University

About you
Here’s what CBRE is looking for in this role:
A keen interest in the Commercial Property industry and currently in your first or second year of your property degree
The ability to learn rapidly and work as part of a team
High level customer service skills and the maturity to work in a professional environment
Administrative skills with excellent attention to detail
Advanced Excel skills and the ability to extract and manipulate data
Superior written and verbal communication skills
Interest in gaining exposure and building your knowledge of real estate and property markets
Ability to work 2-2.5 days per week
