Your role
Here's a snapshot of your day;
To provide exceptional customer service and business support to contribute to the continued growth and success
Maintain PPM records using an in-house system including reporting
Review sub-contractor performance and feedback through appropriate systems
Participate in putting together monthly Contract Review
Issue orders for call-outs, maintenance visits, delivery of materials and etc.
Ensure integrity of financial transactions for contract

About you
Role requirements:
Excellent Customer Service relationship skills.
Demonstrable confidence and maturity in communications including good written and oral presentation skills.
Ability to build effective relationships with clients, tenants, contractors, and colleagues
Intermediate knowledge of computer software and hardware (i.e. Microsoft Office Suite Products).
Ability to organize and plan. Works in a structured way and thinks ahead to prioritize workload
Able to work in a clear and consistent manner
Attention to detail – Thorough in carrying out a task, with a high degree of accuracy
Assertiveness – Confident and effective in putting across the point of view to others
Persistence – Does not let issues go; follows up on issues through to resolution
