We offer more than 400 courses, from VCE/VCAL/VETDSS, through to nationally accredited qualifications such as certificates, diplomas, advanced diplomas, degrees, graduate certificates, graduate diplomas and short courses.
This position is accountable for the provision of high quality financial services and support, specifically customer focussed accounts payable (AP) and receivable (AR) services (including international student payments and refunds).
The role is responsible for ensuring that the Institute's invoices and payments are processed efficiently in compliance with relevant Institute processes, policies and procedures and for raising invoices, receipting payments, debt recovery and month end reconciliation and reporting.
Your key accountabilities will include:
You will have a diploma level qualification in Accounting or a related discipline with relevant work related experience, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training, along with the following:
