What’s on offer
The People and Culture Branch leads the strategic delivery of high-quality employee lifecycle experiences, along with strategy, policies, systems, and specialist advice across the City.
This is a great opportunity for a graduate to gain hands-on experience and develop a solid foundation in HR practices whilst working alongside collaborative, innovative, passionate & experienced HR professionals. You will provide support in areas including recruitment & onboarding, workforce projects, and initiatives, learning & development, HR operations, HR business partnering, and payroll functions. Over the 12-month program, you will experience a number of rotations through the People & Culture branch to provide greater opportunities to shape your new career in Human Resources.
Through the graduate program, you will learn the industry, gain experience to different HR functions, and develop a deeper understanding of HR practices within a high-performing environment. This program will lay the foundation for long-term career growth and advancement within our People and Culture team.
