As a graduate Marketing Admin Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting the Customer Experience Client Service team with planning, executing, and tracking of Mystery Shopping programs. Your main areas of responsibility will lie within data validation and quality reporting, managing delivery of reports to client stakeholders and maintaining communication with the Field Team.
To be successful in this role you should be driven and able to take initiative to deliver the best outcomes for our clients. You will be a strong multitasker with great organisation skills and an intermediate understanding of the MS suite of products or be adaptive with the ability to learn new programs in a short period of time. Ideally you have past experience working in a retail or customer experience-based role as we are looking for someone who has an understanding of the Australian market and strong admin skills.
This role is Full Time working from our office based in Melbourne with flexibility to work from home occasionally. Salary package $55,000 including superannuation.
