The Sales Graduate program at Costa offers a specialized route within their sales and supply chain function. Graduates will gain experience across a range of Costa's produce categories, including citrus, grapes, avocados, and bananas. This specialized program provides graduates with a dedicated set of responsibilities to kick-start their careers under the guidance of experienced staff members. The Rotational Graduate Program offers participants the chance to experience diverse areas of the horticulture industry. Over three rotations, participants will be placed in different regions and business categories, gaining exposure to a wide variety of produce such as citrus, grapes, berries, avocados, bananas, mushrooms, and tomatoes. They will be integrated into teams focused on horticulture, agronomy, growing, harvesting, irrigation, and/or safety and quality. This comprehensive program provides a strong foundation for a successful career in horticulture.
