We now have an opportunity for a Recruitment Officer to join our team!
We offer a supportive environment with training, coaching, and mentoring to develop your skills as required. You will own the end-to-end recruitment process from taking the brief, right through to onboarding into our payroll system.
- Brisbane CBD office + WHF work pattern 50/50
- Competitive salary range + tax saving up to $5000 / yr
- May suit graduate HR. Potential for Part-time option
Responsibilities include:
- Managing the recruitment process
- Advertising with online job boards
- Telephone screening
- Organizing interviews and assessments
- Pre-offer checks and compliance
- On-boarding process
Can you bring:
- Tertiary education in HR / Business / Psychology
- Proactive attitude and ability to learn quickly
- Passion to develop your career in HR / Recruitment
- Previous experience in customer service or administration
- Recruitment experience highly regarded (but not essential)

- Blue card and NDIS clearance will be required
