I did not select my role based on my salary but I did expect it to be approx. 5k-10k more than what was offered. I had other offers that were more than my current salary for similar experience but overall chose this role for the culture, location and type of work and am hopeful my salary will increase eventually.

The pay as a graduate is decent look, for me I didn't come to DAA for the money aspect fully, for me I wanted to learn and enhance my knowledge. And that's priceless, I've learnt so far so much and I'm not to sure if that would be the case at a different firm. But as you get your CA and build your time at the firm the pay goes up for sure, I'm not exactly sure how much exactly. Bonus structure I haven't got too much idea on it, I don't know about a bonus structure as a grad. But look I guess at the end of the day if I get a bonus its a "Bonus".

I think this one is obvious. I could be paid a lot more.
I would like to note that the wage I am currently receiving leaves no room for purchasing a property let alone luxuries (even one out in the sticks).
I would like to see an addition of paid overtime, increased base salaries for lower level employees and wage increases in line with productivity improvements.

I don't believe we have bonuses and the starting pay could be higher compared to other companies in the accounting industry

The firm's pay is on the lower side when compared to big 4 firms, however is very competitive when you factor in the hours worked.
As far as I know, there are no bonuses for associates.
