What You’ll Achieve

As a Senior Purchasing Analyst, you will plan and obtain materials and services for all parts of the business, working with manufacturing and engineering departments on coordinating purchasing activities and maintaining inventory at planned levels.

• You will: Manage, update and publish GCM mapping files by collecting feedback from portfolio leads
• Use advanced excel skills to manage backend data updates for WeBuy (Procurement’s information portal for business partners)
• Process purchase requisitions in line with buyer playbook and commodity checklist.
• Ensure compliance to policies while resolving any issues in release of purchase order
• Undertake local sourcing activity to where permissible and contribute to the overall saving goal
• Perform spend analysis for countries under the scope to get a point of view on supplier consolidation and preferred vendor spend
• Guide business to alternate buying channels and catalogs where available
• Identify new opportunities for new catalog creation & payment term improvement
• Participation in transformation projects to create efficiencies in the P2P process

Essential Requirements

• 2 years+ related
• Hands-on relevant experience of sourcing activities and requisition processing
• Advanced MS Excel skills
• Good communication skills
• Drive for results
