We'll empower you with the latest technology, surround you with high-performing teams, and provide the global scale and diverse and inclusive culture you need to discover your full potential. Through our coaching and training programs, you'll develop the skillsets you need to stay relevant today and in the future โ all while building a network of colleagues, mentors, and leaders who will be on the journey with you at EY and beyond.
As a Co-Op with EY you'll be able to add value to your clients and shape your career as a professional. From entrepreneurial start-ups to multinationals, we'll guide you on how to help our clients manage risk, address issues and capitalise on opportunities. And, we'll give you exposure to some of the largest clients and most interesting projects, both locally and globally.
When it comes to finding out what a global organisation's like, nothing compares to working there. During the Co-Op Program, you'll work with our clients, access our learning resources and gain experience similar to that of a first-year graduate. You will participate in our extensive training to build your technical and soft skills throughout the year. Our Co-Op Program allows you to work with us for between nine and twelve months before beginning your final year at university.
You'll enjoy the support of a 'buddy' to help you settle in and a counsellor to help you plan your development. You'll have your own areas of responsibility and may even be offered a full-time position with us after you graduate.
