Responsibilities:
- Help Monitor and Troubleshoot basic network (LAN and WAN) - Mikrotik.
- Assist Installation and Troubleshooting wifi / Access Point (Unifi).
- Preparation of laptop installation for new employees (new joiner).
- Basic Troubleshooting of employee laptops (macOS and Windows).
- Help organize and monitor requests for repairs, loans, laptop upgrades from employees through the Ticket tool.
- Help manage and monitor the distribution of IT assets through asset tools
Requirements Skills:
- Fresh Graduate from Computer science or Final Year student in related major.
- Having experience as an IT intern is a plus.
- Having knowledge about basic networking topology (LAN, WAN).
- Basic troubleshooting with OS Windows & macOS Laptop.
- Has experience in using monitoring tools, alerts, incident management, IT Asset management is a plus.
- Provide 1nd and 2nd level support.
- Self-motivated and eager to learn.
- Good communication skills.
- Willing to work in office (In Depok)
