Glencore Copper and Zinc Assets has a number of opportunities opening to graduating or recently graduated university students to join our Finance Graduate Program. As a Graduate Finance & Accounting Professional, you will be working with an onsite finance team to support our operations through the supply chain for Glencore Australian Assets. Our dynamic environment and innovative professionals will stimulate and challenge you to provide innovative solutions and respond to the business needs by building on the knowledge you have obtained through your degree, drawing on your skills, experiences and imagination. You will be developed through structured professional streams, trained in all aspects within the finance including financial & management accounting, analysis and reporting as well as accounting software. In addition, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and abilities and excel in a high performing team.

About the Role

As a Graduate in Finance/ Accounting, you will be a part of the finance team supporting a number of Mining and Processing Sites. This position offers a unique opportunity to the successful candidate to be part of an innovative and dynamic environment that supports a number of assets through the supply chain for Copper and Zinc Assets in Australia.

This role will see you gain exposure in financial accounting, management accounting and analysis. The successful applicant will have:

  • A Bachelor in Finance or related disciplines (additional qualifications in Business/ Commerce would be highly advantageous)
  • Have graduated from university within the last 2 years
