Golding’s mining division is one of Australia’s largest mining services providers, and we are seeking highly motivated and ambitious individuals to join our 2025 Graduate Mining Engineer Program intake in a permanent full-time role!
This two-year program is tailored for recent graduates who are passionate, creative problem solvers and aspire to contribute to the future of the resources industry. Throughout the program, participants will acquire hands-on experience in delivering mining engineering solutions to our operations, while also benefiting from mentoring provided by our technical and operational leaders. With these combined, the program will help you take the knowledge learned throughout university and apply it to the real world.

With recently renewed contract extensions across multiple sites, Golding can offer a wide range of ongoing opportunities. We pride ourselves on rotating our Engineers to encourage exposure to different projects, clients and experiences within Mining.
