About Hachiko
Hachiko is a digital marketing agency that focuses on getting results for IT companies in the Australian B2B channel. Working with brands like Microsoft, Lenovo and Amazon we build engagement programs that incentivise channel partners to achieve sales and business development goals.
Just like we do for our clients, we like to keep our employees engaged too! We pride ourselves on the right combination of hard work and fun. Our people enjoy a kitchen full of groceries and snacks each week to enjoy for lunch, as well as an office pool table and frequent social events.
We also run some of our own employee incentive programs including an extra day off every quarter based on meeting performance goals and a peer-to-peer recognition so you can share the love with your colleagues.
We even have an office dog called Bowie, who’s our hard-working Head of Barketing!
What is the role?
This role performs a critical function in delivering our programs to clients. Our clients are sales and marketing professionals who have big visions of how they want to engage their channel. Our sales and Client Success team do a great job of turning those visions into engagement program plans. But it is the job of the Implementation Team to turn those plans into reality.
The Implementation Specialists are the bridge between the marketing experts and the platform developers. They will put together solution designs and implement program builds with assistance from platform developers.
As a graduate, you will begin by completing platform-specific training and learn about Hachiko systems and processes. As you gain experience and confidence you will transition into full ownership of your projects after 6 months.
Responsibilities
Remote Working
With restrictions easing up in NSW, we are starting to head back into the office. Our company policy from January 2022 onwards is to have all team members in the office on Tuesdays and Fridays, the other days are up to you. This is to encourage a collaborative team culture and to support social events.
Subject to NSW restrictions, new starters are required to complete onboarding and training in the office full time. As you become more confident and independent in your role, you will be able to transition to the standard company policy for remote working.
