The team at HLB Mann Judd have a very strong work culture. Within my smaller team we are constantly communicating to ensure that no individual has too many tasks on. Socially as a team we enjoy going to lunches and have also enjoyed some after hours nights out.

Social events are held both firm-wide and also within specific divisions. After hours gatherings with colleagues occur sporadically and spontaneously. In my division we typically work on clients in teams of 2-6 people.

Our values are VAST (Valuable, Accessible, Supportive, and Trustworthy). Our culture is an expression of our values. The firm likes a big family and people are very kind and supportive.

HLB offers many different out of office events (e.g. HLB Ball, Christmas dinner, audit dinner, etc.) which makes for good networking outside of work hours and building relationships in the office. Everyone is super friendly inside the office (incl. partners) which makes it easier when having to ask questions.

I had done vacation program with my firm and the reason I wanted to do the graduate program was because of the culture. Everyone is friendly and helpful and makes it a happy and safe place for you to work at. We have Friday night drinks, ball, audit dinner, social events and a lot more for the staff to interact overside work as well.

The work culture is great, everyone in the office is super friendly and helpful. Everyone is always willing to have a chat or lend a hand. There is an open line of communication from graduates all the way to the seniors and partners. The after hours culture is also very good. There's often events and activities outside of work that lot's of people attend and they are always fun.

In terms of the company culture, HLB is really good with engaging in social activities that allows employees to bond and get to know each other. Also outside of hours, individuals still try and maintain that which is excellent.

I would say overall the culture is quite strong. There a lot of graduates which makes work enjoyable. I would say there is a quite strong emphasis on teamwork and also socialising. Out of work culture is solid but it would be great if more focus was placed in this area.

The company culture in the audit division is amazing, many of us catch up after hours. We also often have social club event, and every one is very encouraging of each other.

I would say the company culture is laid back. There is great work life balance, and the company is very flexible. For example, you are able to start earlier and finish earlier and vice versa, if you want to go to the gym before it gets busy. In terms of the team, it is very well structured. As a graduate everyone on the team is willing to help you when you need, and everyone works well together. After work we would sometimes go for drinks and other times, we would have social events such as volunteering or going out for team lunches.

Everyone is friendly and easy going. They are understanding if there are commitments that will affect your work and are generally flexible in helping you create a balance. Because of this you feel comfortable going to superiors for help and guidance and feel they have your best interests at heart. Outside of work activities are fun and relaxing though are obviously not compulsory

Quite structured hierarchy with clear career progression plans. High levels of cooperation between staff and teams. Lots of socialising with people in other divisions/departments. Great culture overall.

The office has a good corporate culture with monthly social events which are always fun and attract a good crowd.
