Procurement Specialist

Job Responsibilities

• Sourcing suppliers in the market
• Process supplier qualification as per company regulation
• Be responsible to receive, analyze and execute any selection request (E2E process)
• Do regular Supplier Performance Management
• Manage Procurement Documents
• Be responsible for Procurement Operations
• Monitoring Share Fulfillment and other platform KPI
• Support project implementation
• Coordinate and Communicate with project team and supplier
• Any other tasks related to the department business and activities

Position Requirements

Professional Knowledge Requirement:

• Min Bachelor degree in Telecommunication, Electrical Engineering or related major
• Fresh Graduated from University on 2021 and second half of 2020 with min GPA 3.20
• Good communication and presentation skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English, Mandarin skill is an advantage
• Good analytical skills, detail-oriented & strong communication skills to be able to communicate to different level of counterparts
• Good negotiation skills
• Understand basic knowledge about Telecommunication and Accounting
• Ability to work as a team
• Fast learner, ability to learn, and evaluating new technology
• Ability to operate Ms. Office (WORD, EXCEL, PPT, etc.)
• Have high responsibility and able to work under pressure
• Able to work under minimum supervision and independently
