The Role
Provide service to guests, retail customers and employees in the form of friendly assistance and knowledge of Retail Shops’ merchandise, as well as resort facilities and services.
We have several venues on site for retail - Trail House, Enchantment Resort and Mii amo all have their own shop. The schedule is usually four 10-hour shifts, so the candidates get 3 days off a week. The pay rate is US$15 + plus 2% commission on everything they sell.
Work Performed
1. Accurately charge of merchandise in the point-of-sale system
2. Accurately handle cash procedures
3. Operate computer cash register and POS systems
4. Knowledge of and ability to sell merchandise
5. Upsell and cross sell retail merchandise and resort offerings
6. Maintain customer service standards.
7. Maintain overall cleanliness of the Retail Shops
8. Assist co-workers and perform all Retail Shops duties
9. Maintain inventory levels, on selling floor and in store back stock, by initiating
warehouse orders, reorders, and special orders
10. Accurate inventory management
11. Maintain high level of customer service, guest satisfaction ratings, and scores on
secret shopper reports
12. Maintain cleanliness of retail shops
13. Other duties as assigned

🏘️ Housing pre-arranged. We have 3 other complexes across the neighboring town in which shuttles are provided. You have your own room, apartment complex has living room and kitchen and bathroom. This will be US$247/paycheck which comes out bi weekly and utilities like internet are covered.
🍛 Free meals during shifts
🗺️ Ability to travel around the USA during time off, and 30 day travel period on visa once your work date is completed.
