My managers for all my rotations during the graduate program were really supportive and easily accessible if I had any questions regarding the projects. We are allocated a mentor throughout the graduate program who are there to help with your growth and development. During the graduate program, you set your performance goals at the start of your rotation with your manager. You then review these goals at the end of your rotation with your manager and determine whether you achieved your goals, but also go through your performance overall and get feedback on your performance.
