Very flexible, no set times of when you should be in the office and when you should leave. Company emphasizes on you are free to come and go as you please as long as the work is done.

We are expected to work the set 9-5 hours and attend meetings during that time, however if you need to do something during this time i.e. go to the doctors, take the kids to school etc you can do this with no issues. Over the last couple of years due to COVID, we were required to work from home, however we are now integrating back into the office with a flexible work schedule of working half week at home/ half in office.
