Job Summary

Analyst for the Deal Advisory (DA) Knowledge Management works closely with the KGS Strategy Knowledge Lead. You will be primarily responsible for independently managing relationships and content management for GSG practice across geographies. You will work with subject matter experts in the enablement of key ‘offerings’ and help to ensure high quality of knowledge assets in repositories.

The Analyst reports directly to the KGS DA Knowledge Assistant Manager

Roles and responsibilities

  • Responsible for liaising with identified Knowledge SPoCs within DA practice/ businesses globally and in the US to execute content projects
  • Coordinate content management tasks based on DA’s content strategy, priorities and goals, including content cleansing and sanitization
  • Collect, review, deploy and publish knowledge capital to the relevant libraries/ repositories
  • Ensure adherence to workflow protocol and tools, in addition to ensuring timely delivery
  • Build domain expertise on processes and other related tools
  • Work on process improvements in close coordination with key project sponsors and SPoCs across member firms
  • Manage stakeholder expectations by sending periodic updates, offering possible solutions and organising calls as required
  • Responsible for helping in the development of proprietary KM tool
  • Responsible for database hygiene including, quality assurance of the KM tools, regular clean up, suggesting improvement ideas

Qualifications

  • Graduation degree or equivalent diploma

Prior Experience:

  • 0-2 years of experience of relevant Knowledge Management experience, in a similar role working for a large multinational company (experience in a professional services firm would be an advantage).
  • The candidate should have an understanding of working in a Big 4 or other professional service organizations

  • Exposure and understanding of knowledge management concepts, preferably in other professional services/ consulting firm
