Responsible for maintaining and publishing weekly & monthly Business Dashboards for leadership
Manage financial reports and share variance
Analyze business to track & improve metrics & profitability
Help establish plans, budgets, allocate resources, and review progress
Liaise with various teams to ensure seamless operations continuity
Develop Dashboards using Excel/Power BI and other data visualization tools to develop dashboards in collaboration with Business and Management Information teams
Manage stakeholders and escalations
Have strong tolerance for ambiguity.
Quick learner with a “can do” attitude.
Help project managers in executing certain ad-hoc projects. Understanding the purpose of these projects and executing them effectively.
MBA or equivalent with 1+ years of experience in business operations and /or delivery in big 4 or shared services of large corporates with exposure to working with senior leaders.

Work closely with business teams in implementing new ideas and standardizing processes before development.
Handle ambiguity and be able to move forward with imperfect information and get things done in a rapidly changing environment.
