We are recruiting for an Executive in the Advisory Operations team to support resource management and workflow allocation.
Responsibilities
- Good understanding of resource management (RM) tools (IEX, ASPECT / EWFM, Blue Pumpkin, etc…)
- Use of Tools to update schedules, reconcile booking requests, update absence, terminations and create placeholders for new employees
- Ability to support resource management queries through skill searches on the tool & stakeholder connect
- Track resource availability
- Reporting – on Intraday / Workflow management
- Work with delivery to ensure updates to skillset tool
- Process Documentation & Change Management – Adhere to process documents and ensure updates based on changes
- Strong understanding of key metrics within WFM
- Data retention & management in line with prescribed guidelines
Technical skills
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel
- Basic knowledge of Word and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of the following will be an added advantage
- Database Management
- Knowledge of RM tools (EWFM/Aspect, IEX, Blue pumpkin) and workflow tools like Avaya/CMS Supervisor
Behavioral/team skills
