Your role

Tiffany & Co., an organization that continues to grow within the LVMH group, have defined luxury style, the exemplary innovators renowned for the world’s most exquisite designs. Since 1837, they have always been a company of great innovators who are constantly pushing the boundaries of what’s possible with design and influencing style. They have an exciting opportunity for an experienced individual to join the Sydney Office on a Client Relations and High Jewelry Internship. Reporting directly to the Director, Client Relations & High Jewelry, this role will support the Client Development and High Jewelry initiatives for the Australia and New Zealand market, driving the growth of high value, VIC and VVIC client bases in addition to the High Jewelry sales.

Your role in the Tiffany Legacy:

  • Client Development 
    • Support the coordination of all client gifting needs and order management 
    • Support store network in executing store activations, private appointments and bespoke one-to-one client experiences
    • Understand and educate the retail teams on the use of clienteling tools 
    • Support in arranging flights for client travel for events
  • High Jewelry Merchandising
    • Support the High Jewelry and Merchandising teams to facilitate the deployment of High Jewelry assortment across store network
    • Support High Jewelry Special projects and activations
    • Update assortment mapping, availability list and share with stores proactively
  • Data Insights
    • Prepare client data insights to support the store teams to inform their local client action plans and opportunity analysis
    • Facilitate client lists to drive outreach and activations
    • Liaise with relevant departments to communicate needs, ideas, key enhancements and issues/opportunities to ensure system effectiveness
    • Oversee Salesforce/Brilliance system outreach usage for National campaigns

About you

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or last year of Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field. 
  • Experience in retail or luxury retail or relevant customer-related experience
  • Poise and professionalism to interact with varying levels of management in cross-functional teams 
  • Exceptional organizational and critical problem-solving abilities; Demonstrated ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Previous experience with a client database, proficiency with Salesforce system a bonus
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office software Word, Excel, Outlook, and knowledge of Point of Sales (POS) system
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Flexibility to work with international time zones and scheduling of conference calls
  • Experience of working in categories where executional excellence is valued
  • Proactive demeanor with the ability to provide solutions to day-to-day challenges
