This role will operate within the PPPI team, and consult with team members on their respective areas. You will be required to work closely with operations to understand how best to implement recipe automation and will also need to work with operations to understand how manual cleaning processes work and seek feedback on updates to cleaning procedures.
You will also need to work with the quality team to ensure quality standards are met.
What will be your key responsibilities?
Cleaning
Review all cleaning stations in the factory, and create a naming standard.
Harmonise naming standards across all operational and quality management systems.
Create new documentation standards for automatic and manual cleaning processes, and consolidate all documentation to new standards.
Implement and validate new CIP controls.
Develop cleaning process guidelines to allow for easy development of new cleaning processes when new processes are developed.
Automation
Work with the operations team to understand current manual processes.
Implement recipes into to SAP system.
Develop new recipes to support automation, and validate their performance.
Other
Provide regular updates on progress on activities.
Ensure documentation is in line with site standards.
About you
