Our Data Analytics team bring together the disciplines of computer science, mathematics, statistics, econometrics, business intelligence and financial accounting with decades of combined cross-industry experience. 

As a Graduate, you will gain real-world commercial experience across a variety of different projects and industries.  During your time with us, you will be exposed to all aspects of our Data Analytics services and provided with the opportunity to shadow Partners, participate in networking events with clients and attend social functions. You will receive formal technical and soft skills training, as well as mentoring on the job.

We are currently accepting applications for our 2023 Graduate Program and are seeking students with:

  • passion, knowledge and genuine interest in Data Analytics;
  • excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • a level of understanding or experience with technical Data skills including python, R, SQL, Spark, M/DAX, or/and PowerBI, Alteryx, Tableau, SSMS, Azure, SAS; and
  • the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

To be eligible for the Program you must be:

  • an Australian or New Zealand Citizen or Australian Permanent Resident at the time of submitting your application;
  • studying a STEM related Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably with a Data Science/Analytics, Business Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Actuarial Science related degree or major; and 
  • graduating between mid-2021 and early 2023; and
  • available to commence full-time work in February 2023.
