Please describe the interview process and assessments.
I started in the company as an intern. I didn't hear a lot about Microsoft jobs and wasn't fully aware of their programs. This lead to a little bit of confusion when applying for jobs, and deciding which part of the business I wanted to work for. There needed to be more visibility into the organisation. The actual hiring process was good, there was far more emphasis on "you as a person" and not a mark on a piece of paper.

It was first online, then we had a full day of interviews. This full day included group assessment, panel interviews and 1:1 interview with hiring manager.

be clear when articulating interview answers understand what the companies goals are and you want to be a part of it, what is something the company is doing that you are passionate about what key activities in the role you are applying for, are you passionate about

Think outside the box; they're looking for authenticity; I came from zero IT background but my ability to demonstrate enthusiasm and be motivated to learn new and adapt to a new environment is what empowered me. I wholeheartedly demonstrated that Microsoft could do that for me and I would be a graduate they would always remember.
