Job Description

Are you in your final year of study or a recent graduate who is looking to make their first move to a commercial role? This is a full-time role based at our Head Office in Maroochydore on the beautiful Sunshine Coast.

You will be responsible for assisting the finance team with the below task:

  • Monthly Profit & Loss reporting and variance analysis
  • Monthly Revenue, Balance Sheet and Bank reconciliations
  • Reviewing the financial performance of properties with the respective Hotel Managers and presenting analysis to the Finance Manager on a monthly basis
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements
  • Attending to Finance Help Desk queries

Qualifications

For this you will need:

  • A degree in Finance or Accounting (working towards this qualification)
  • High attention to detail and an analytical mind
  • The ability to handle pressure, multiple tasks and work within set timelines
  • The ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge
