Client & Market Growth Team

Our national Client & Market Growth team at MinterEllison is a high performing and critical component of the firm and essential to the firm's success.  The team supports the partnership by providing the full spectrum of business development and marketing services to ensure the firm develops and maintains strong relationships with new and existing clients.

The Role

The Centre of Excellence underpins the Client Market Growth team by providing high level support across all industry groups and lines of business. An exciting opportunity exists for either an experienced Business Development Professional looking to join a high performing team and hit the ground running or an ambitious university graduate looking to join as a Coordinator within a supportive environment. This role is open to location and can be based in either Sydney, Melbourne, Canberra or Brisbane.

In this role you will have the opportunity to:

  • Support the preparation of tender, proposal and capability statements
  • Production of marketing and presentation materials
  • Implementation and execution of a wide range of business development and marketing projects across the business
  • Assisting in the development of business development plans for accounts, industries and lines of business
  • Measure, report and assess the effectiveness of initiatives to enable continuous improvement into future activities
  • Manage range of research and reporting tasks for internal or client use
  • Foster collaborative relationships with key stakeholders whilst ensuring high quality service delivery
