Switched-on and ambitious? Ready to kickstart your career and make a bold mark in the solar and renewables industry?

Be a part of the energy revolution:

Due to ongoing business growth and significant market opportunities, Greentech Sydney is on the lookout for enthusiastic and entrepreneurial young guns to join our legendary team of Business and Sales Graduates! This gold mine of an opportunity is truly few and far between… You will be provided with in depth training and hands-on experience that will give you a holistic understanding of how a successful business is run. This won’t be another cog in the machine job; you’ll be joining an industry leading business and legendary team, with the aim to make a bold mark and fast-track your career growth.

Your new role

Working with some of the best in the business, you will:

  • Be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with existing clients, and inactive customers and prospects.
  • Drive effective communications with internal and external stakeholders to meet and exceed customer expectations.
  • Grow our customer database, by identifying clients and reinforcing and/or rebuilding the relationship with them.
  • Be closely mentored, trained, and supported in areas such as communication, negotiation skills, sales, and management.
  • Follow up on opportunities and close sales whilst experiencing the personal and professional growth that comes with it.
  • Become an integral part of our business through selling some of the best-known brands in our industry and working across our range of exceptionally managed client businesses.

A bit about you

  • You are a recent University graduate – we may also consider ‘soon’ to be graduates.
  • You are hands on and will relish in the opportunity to work directly in all aspects of the operation – from warehousing logistics to internal counter sales, right through to external field sales, where you will manage existing relationships and develop new ones.
  • Excellent communication skills and an upbeat attitude are a must, so your ability to build strong relationships and establish rapport is second to none.
  • Client focused and a real team player, you have a demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high attention to detail.
  • You’re excellent at managing your own time and a real self-starter; you don’t need someone watching over your shoulder to get things done.
  • You work well in a team – we recognise that staff are our greatest asset and maintaining a positive working environment is non-negotiable.
  • You are an Australian or New Zealand Citizen or Australian Permanent Resident.

Your new company:

Greentech is MM Electrical Merchandising’s (MMEM) solar and renewables specialist business, delivering real change across Australia. The MMEM Group is a successful organisation with over 300 stores and 4,000 staff nationwide. MMEM value a vibrant and dynamic team culture and reward their staff through a generous profit share scheme and outstanding career progression opportunities.

Greentech’s growth has been exponential over the past few years – be a part of its trajectory to number one!

Graduate Success Stories

  • Graduate stories
I love the problem-solving aspect of my job. Customers will bring me a problem or issue they have and then it is my job to find one or many solutions and then present these to the customer.

The best part about my job is easily the friendships I create every single day. Being able to laugh and have fun with your clients really does drive you to enjoy every bit of work you do.
