Join us as we expand our Melbourne service team! You'll build amazing customer relationships, ensure top-notch service agreements, and support our superstar Service BDMs. If you thrive in team environments, have a keen eye for detail, and want to learn and grow professionally along the way, this opportunity is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Team up with Service Coordinators to meet KPIs.
- Keep our Service CRM Database accurate and up-to-date.
- Schedule and manage maintenance and service callouts.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the Sales Team on new service opportunities.
- Address customer concerns and improve our processes.
Skills Needed:
- Great time management and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft word, excel, outlook etc.
- A rockstar can-do attitude!
