We offer a broad range of products from many market leading vendors including UPS Systems, Precision Cooling, Industrial Racks/Enclosures, Generators and Services. We have a specialised in-house technical team, located in all states of Australia and in New Zealand.

YOUR ROLE 

We are seeking a dynamic candidate looking to kickstart their professional journey. Based in our office in Notting Hill and reporting to the Southern Region Sales Manager, this role offers the perfect opportunity to gain valuable office and professional experience. You'll collaborate closely with our suppliers to deliver cutting-edge Power and Cooling Infrastructure Solutions.

This role's core focus is on the ongoing development of relationships, ensuring solutions and support meet customer's expectations, and assisting your team to identify new business opportunities.

  • Taking ownership of existing customers, understanding their history, building a strong working relationship, and exploring other business opportunities they could bring to the company.
  • Establishing and closing new business opportunities from identification of client requirements, qualification of the requirements and closing the deal, to achieve sales KPIs.
  • Effectively establishing and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders within NPS.
  • Regular customer visits, managing activity to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions in line with statements of work and customer expectations.
  • Understanding, communicating and maintaining strong global product partners relations, including regular meetings and training.
  • Collaborating effectively with the Sales Team to ensure new sales opportunities are appropriately transferred and managed.

Required Knowledge and Abilities:

  • Electrical engineering or technical skills are advantageous but NOT compulsory;
  • Strong attention to detail;
  • Strong communication skills, time management, organisational skills and the ability to build a strong working relationship with our global product partner network;
  • Ability to develop the appropriate solution for our customers in relation to their requirements;
  • Strong computer skills
  • The ability to earn and grow the respect of your peers and work colleagues whilst committed to achieving the company targets.

TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT 

The NPS onboarding process involves comprehensive sales and technical training, both in-house and by our industry leading partners. You will be supported to develop your own approach, and with an industry this large and complex, there is really no limit to where you might find yourself. The support and training don't stop at month 1 - you will be supported by our team to grow and challenge yourself throughout your career with NPS! 

SALARY AND BENEFITS 

In addition to a generous salary offer, NPS sales staff are also eligible to take part in the NPS Personal Bonus Package, calculated based on both personal and team KPI's.
