Your role

The Quality Control Executive is a key role within Ad Intel Operations, that focuses on maintaining the highest possible standards of quality for our Ad Intel database. The Quality Control Executive will be responsible for driving accuracy via comprehensive quality checks and responding to internal and external feedback. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical and judgement skills, strong attention to detail and time management skills, and be able to prioritise workloads. They should be results-oriented and committed to improving the day-to-day operations of the team.

Responsibilities

  • Identify errors and provide feedback when required
  • Identify issues and work with the quality control manager to resolve
  • Resolve internal and external queries
  • Update and maintain the database
  • Knowledge sharing, training, and guiding others where required
