The initial graduate salary is in the upper band for engineering companies which is balanced by the amount of work you are required to complete.

From what I have heard, it is less than previous years due to a restructuring, but pay rises do occur at about 4%

I'm a grad - so the pay is good but still an amateur salary (which I understand, so no qualms with it), and haven't got a bonus yet since I'm still new.

The current bonus system works well and makes you feel like you have accomplished something by working hard throughout the year. I believe the pay rate is lower than other engineering firms but the community at NDY makes it a non-factor

What are your company's best or most unusual perks? For example: free tickets, free dinners, moving expenses, taxis, pension, etc.
Breakfast provided, social gatherings, taxi's home and the occasional dinner if working late and movie tickets for your birthday.
