Your role

PACCAR Australia is a market leader specialising in the design, manufacture and distribution of premium heavy commercial vehicles; Kenworth and DAF, related parts, leasing and financial services via an extensive dealer network throughout Australia. 

They’re looking for Graduates in their departments right across the business to commence in January 2025. Their program runs for 2 years with an opportunity for a third-year progression. It offers you two six-monthly rotations in the first year and one 12-month rotation in the second year in your chosen field. You will be involved with training opportunities and will be required to participate in a group assignment with outcomes presented to their Directors. This means you’ll get hands-on, well-rounded experience before you move on to your career. 

About you

Qualifications:

• PACCAR Australia is looking for graduates with qualifications in Engineering, IT, Business or Commerce, Marketing, and Supply Chain and Logistics
• Adaptability to work effectively in new situations and environments
• The foundation of a problem-solving mindset
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across all organisational levels
• Motivation, enthusiasm, energy and a ‘can do’ attitude
• Dedication to living their values of Work Safe, Quality, Social Responsibility, Customer Service, Innovation, Integrity, People
• Successful completion of a university degree in Engineering, Business, or Logistics or graduated in the past two years
• Authorisation to work in Australia without restriction
