What will you be doing? 

You will be providing excellent customer service to our members’ enquiries over the phone and on web platforms focusing on First Call Resolutions. You will work collaboratively across the business to resolve customer queries with a solutions-based outcome and deliver key performance indicators in alignment with the Police Bank strategy.
